Founder & CEO
Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society. Ben founded SOAR to help businesses see the link between their finances, their strategy and their impact on the world.
Lara Serlin
Marketing Manager & Content Creator
Lara is a nomadic freelance writer from London. With a background in marketing, she’s spent the last 10+ years working on everything content-related. Passionate about sustainability, nature, off-beat travel and running.
Molly Bridge
Learning & Development Specialist
Molly brings her vast experience to SOAR, designing impactful training programmes that drive sustainability. With expertise in corporate learning and behaviour change, she empowers individuals and organisations to adopt responsible practices, fostering a culture of environmental and social impact.
Peter Butters FCA
Chartered Accountant
With 60 years in practice, Peter brings a lifetime of accountancy experience and perspective to Soar. Affectionately known as ‘The Phantom’, he is part of the heritage behind the business, connecting generations of accountancy with our ambitions for the future.
Mohan Rajasingham
Accountant
Mohan brings over 40 years of experience in accountancy practice to Soar. His depth of knowledge helps clients make sense of their finances, with practical support for the everyday demands of running a business.
Kuhen Diran
Accountant & Tech Lead
Kuhen combines accountancy with a focus on technology, helping bring the two together at Soar. His role connects clients’ financial needs with the systems and tools that make managing their businesses simpler.
Yalini Diran
Bookkeeping & Payroll
Yalini supports clients with bookkeeping and payroll, helping keep financial records organised and employees paid. Her work provides the foundations businesses need to stay on top of their day-to-day finances.
